Jade Birds and the Lily

this piece was inspired by the memory that my Opa and I shared together. Turning my visits in Germany, we would walk around the pond by their house and feed the birds bread and other leftovers. I chose the colors shown because I liked how the texture looked like Jade Stone. 

This large painting resembles mosaic or stained glass where each animal and plant are fitted together perfectly.
